What data security measures does ConstanceNDA have in place?+
ConstanceNDA protects customer data with encryption at rest using AES-256 and encryption in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Each customer's data is kept separate from other customers, and access is tightly controlled.
Is customer data used to train ConstanceNDA's AI?+
No. ConstanceNDA does not use customer data to train AI models.
Who stays in control of what is sent?+
You do. ConstanceNDA can prepare reviews, mark-ups, draft emails, and signing copies, but the workflow keeps human review before anything is sent to a counterparty. AI can speed up the NDA process, but it can also make mistakes, so ConstanceNDA includes review stages where judgement, approval, or external communication matters.
Does ConstanceNDA provide legal advice?+
No. ConstanceNDA is software, not a law firm or legal adviser. Your team remains responsible for reviewing outputs, approving positions, and deciding when an NDA needs advice from in-house or external counsel.
